Delivery and returns for tracing lightboxes

Check the delivered items

Inspect the drawing surface and supplied power lead before use. Remove only the intended protective film according to the item instructions; do not force a connector.

Delivery amount

The surface-and-paper basket shows $5.95 delivery below a $100 goods total. The goods threshold is evaluated before the email welcome saving; reaching it includes standard delivery.

If something is wrong

Send light-surface enquiries to support@tracelampstudio.shop with pad size and power preference. For a damaged item, describe the affected part and provide the recorded reference. Artwork and personal projects are not required.
